We have traveled and played all over the world. We see so much about hatred, racism, violence and worse. There are approximately 8 billion people on the planet and pretty much most of the ones we have met have been fine, decent, kind, generous, helpful beautiful human beings.
Lyrics
I dream of years gone by
Shared by you and I
Makes me smile and cry
I own no claim
To being better than
Any other man
When it comes down to it
We’re all the same
We did not ask for birth
To traverse o’er the earth
And from a woman each soul came
We live three score and ten
And after that what then
When it comes down to it
We’re all the same
We all know solitude
We all know bad and good
We all know drink and food
both pride and shame
If we are torn we bleed
We fail and we succeed
When it comes down to it
We’re all the same
